Due to some issues arising over the last few months, we have decided to outline our pitch booking policy. This has been put together with both the best interests of our customers and the business in mind.

 

This policy is outlined below;

● If a current regular customer (BLOCK-BOOKER) cancels with less than 3 days notice/or is a NO-SHOW for whatever reason, then the following week the booking will be charged at the un-discounted price.

● If you wish to downsize your pitch booking (i.e. 7 a-side to 5 a-side), this will need to be agreed upon with at least 3 days notice OR the original charge will stand.

● A deposit of 50% will be required to secure the following booking if a booking is cancelled last minute or is a no-show.
● £10 deposit is required if cancelled before the 3 day threshold.
